If you’ve never been to a therapy session before, it may seem like another thing to stress about, but that’s the first place where I can help. My practice is completely online so there is no travel for you and sessions are in the comfort of your own home, from anywhere in Ontario. I provide a welcoming and comfortable environment so that you can safely think and say anything, without judgment or fear. We can set goals big or small, and explore the best way for you to work towards achieving those goals, that is uniquely tailored to where you are right now
